ABC of inclusion

Project concept: Training course in October 2018 will bring together 33 youth workers and youth leaders from 10 different countries to Estonia. Duration of the project will be 10 days (including travel days). During those 10 days we will use non-formal learning methods to discuss the inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities, create strategies for better inclusion, discuss possibilities how to include more and how to better reach these young people with fewer opportunities. During the 10 days we will also actively work on breaking the stereotypes youth workers might have about youth with fewer opportunities and will reach an understanding of how to recognize intolerance and stereotyping in our own behaviour and how to be a good role model for young people through your own behaviour and tolerance. We will share good practices we have in the group of youth workers about inclusion and tolerance.
