The Institute for Cultural Relations Policy and its international partners offer fully customisable training courses focusing on innovative and digital education. The courses provide relevant knowledge and develops skills related to innovative methods in education, . These programs are designed for – but not limited to – school teachers, educators, trainers, instructional designers, curriculum developers, educational administrators, and anyone involved in designing, implementing, or managing digital education initiatives.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
- Duration: 7 days training including one day study visit
- Participants: the programme is ideal for educators, instructional designers, curriculum developers, educational administrators, and anyone involved in designing, implementing, or managing digital education initiatives
- Schedule: 4 training sessions per day, one free day, optional cultural visit
TRAINING SESSIONS
The program includes two training sessions in the morning and two training sessions in the afternoon, combining theoretical and practical aspects. The sessions include the following topics:

- AI applications in educational settings
- Enhancing teaching and learning experiences with AI

TRAINING SESSIONS
The program includes two training sessions in the morning and two training sessions in the afternoon, combining theoretical and practical aspects. The sessions include the following topics:
- The challenges and future of the educational system in Europe.
- Theories of non-formal (and informal) education. Concepts, benefits, challenges, pros and cons.
- Intercultural versus multicultural education (history, education trends: assimilation, tolerance, cooperation, cooperative learning, societal change).
- Flipped classroom.
- Eco School.
- Educational concepts (Distributed Cognition; Zone of Proximal Development and Scaffolding).
- Digital education (pros and cons, challenges, tools and best practices in Europe and in the United States).
- Gamification and game-based learning in education.
- Good practices of non-formal activities.
- Tasks (Flipped classroom plan; Role play; Drama; Storytelling).
EXPECTED OUTCOMES
Participants in the training course will explore the intricacies of European education systems, covering both theoretical frameworks and practical applications.
