SOCIAL INCLUSION

The Institute for Cultural Relations Policy and its international partners offer fully customisable training courses focusing on social inclusion and social work. The courses provide relevant knowledge and develops skills related to innovative approaches of social work, social integration and youth work. These programs are designed for – but not limited to – social workers, community organizers, policymakers, educators, non-profit organizations, and individuals involved in community development.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

  • Duration: 6 days training including one day cultural visit
  • Participants: the programme is designed for social workers, youth workers, community organizers, counsellors, educators, policymakers, and professionals working with diverse communities, as well as individuals interested in leveraging digital tools for social and youth work innovation
  • Schedule: 4 training sessions per day, one free day, optional study visit

TRAINING SESSIONS

The program includes two training sessions in the morning and two training sessions in the afternoon, combining theoretical and practical aspects. The sessions include the following topics:

The aim of this training is to equip social and youth work professionals with innovative strategies and digital tools to enhance their practice, ensuring inclusivity, accessibility, and ethical considerations in their services to diverse communities.
