ENVIRONMENT
The Institute for Cultural Relations Policy and its international partners offer fully customisable training courses focusing on environment and sustainability. The courses provide relevant knowledge and develops skills related to innovative approaches of sustainability, and environmental protection strategies. These programs are designed for – but not limited to – professionals and practitioners working in environmental conservation, sustainability, and related fields, as well as individuals and organizations interested in promoting environmental protection and sustainability initiatives

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
- Duration: 7 days training including one day study visit
- Participants: the programme is designed for professionals and practitioners working in environmental conservation, sustainability, and related fields, as well as individuals and organizations interested in promoting environmental protection and sustainability initiatives.
- Schedule: 4 training sessions per day, one free day, optional cultural visit
TRAINING SESSIONS
The program includes two training sessions in the morning and two training sessions in the afternoon, combining theoretical and practical aspects. The sessions include the following topics:

The aim of this training is to empower participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively promote environmental protection and sustainability through understanding, ethical considerations, and practical application of conservation strategies and digital tools.

TRAINING SESSIONS
The program includes two training sessions in the morning and two training sessions in the afternoon, combining theoretical and practical aspects. The sessions include the following topics:
- Sustainable future prospects and challenges of the energy sector.
- Theories of sustainability. Concepts, benefits, challenges, pros and cons.
- Fostering environmental responsibility – actively contributing to the emerging renewable energy sector by adopting practices that emphasize resource conservation, waste reduction, and recycling.
- Risk mitigation by adapting to changing global expectations for responsible and sustainable business practices.
- Workshop on building global relevance and cutting down costs through creating a more sustainable corporate environment.
- The role of soft skills in a sustainable workplace: well-being, continuity, efficiency.
- Digital workplace (pros and cons, challenges, tools and best practices in- and outside the EU).
- Gamification and game-based learning in sustainability.
- Good practices of non-formal activities.
- Tasks (Situational task; Role play; Drama; Storytelling).
EXPECTED OUTCOMES
Participants in the training course will get equipped with the skills and knowledge to identify and implement efficiency measures across various aspects of their daily lives.
