Project description: The project will process information and knowledge regarding academic freedom and education, carving into the topics and seeking for effective, tangible solutions.

The project is based on a 3 full days seminar aiming at finding answers, instruments, strategy and methods to support academic freedom and education in Belarus fulfilling those challenges we raised in the context description, and whose V4 countries could tackle with examples and best practices so far. The joint approach of all partners will boost the different levels of educational and vocational training, giving fresh ideas and including the diverse spheres of social life – decision-making, civil society, human rights, political matters, statuses of education and learning.
