Creative Innovative Approaches Investigators (CIA Investigators)

Project description: Mobility “CIA Investigators” took a place in Maribor, Slovenia on the dates 5th to 10th May 2017. We wanted to bring some new quality among the organizations who are hosting, sending and coordinating EVS volunteers or planning to do that in the nearest future. Together we found new approaches, discussing the previous problems, changes and the challenges for the future EVS projects. The activity connected to researching EVS sphere trained youth workers coming from organizations experienced in EVS or willing to start their ventures in the field of EVS from different countries to non-formal methods inspired by EVS and Erasmus Plus.
The training aims to investigate the volunteering field to include more youth in to EVS projects and increasing the amount of high-quality execution and establishing partnerships, exchange of good practices and experiences related to European volunteering, generating new project ideas and developing joint solutions and share the problems and doubts in the implementation of international projects in transcultural environment and increase the level of information in methods of non-formal education.
By participating in the project, participants are able to strengthen the capacity of their organizations, to internationalize their activities and to implement international projects with greater efficiency and effectiveness. The target group are youth workers 18+ years of age with no upper limit.

Objectives of the training course were achieved by the following points:
• To promote the programme Erasmus plus EVS as a tool for youth,
• To investigate creative, innovative approaches from inclusion,
• To promote inter cultural learning and solidarity,
• To foster creative thinking and expression through art and new methods,
• To foster the value of inter cultural dialogue as a mean of promoting cooperation and collective spirit,
• To promote the idea of European citizenship.
