No need for NEET

Project description: The idea of the project “No Need for NEET!” begun as the initiative of the organization Future Generation Europe, after previous experiences in the projects based on education and activities with youth through non-formal education activities. We can still observe the raising amount of unemployed young people in the EU, which is currently 18.8%. The unemployment of young people in Slovakia, which is the host country for the project is even higher – around 24%, despite continuous efforts to establish and implement new measures, which should increase the motivation and activity of the young people to improve their competences for the labor market.

The main aim of the project is to increase the employability of the young people, after finishing their studies through motivation, interactive presentations and workshops helping to create interest in young people to be active and interested about their future possibilities.

The project invites especially secondary school students, young people from the economically disadvantaged environment and also participants, who joined the group of people called NEET (*Not In Education, Employment or Training).

– write a CV
– impress during a job interview
