DIGITALISATION
The Institute for Cultural Relations Policy and its international partners offer fully customisable training courses focusing on digitalisation and digital tools . The courses provide relevant knowledge and develops skills related to the using of digital tools in marketing, education and organisational development. These programs are designed for – but not limited to – professionals working in the fields of communications, marketing, public relations, and social media management, particularly those within civil society organizations, non-profits, and NGOs.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
- Duration: 6 days training including one day study visit
- Participants: the programme is designed for professionals working in the fields of communications, marketing, public relations, and social media management, particularly those within civil society organizations, non-profits, and NGOs
- Schedule: 4 training sessions per day, one free day, optional study visit
TRAINING SESSIONS
The program includes two training sessions in the morning and two training sessions in the afternoon, combining theoretical and practical aspects. The sessions include the following topics:

- Social media platforms
- Content creation on social media
- Social media strategies
- Social media road map
- Website design and evaluation of online content and design
- Infographics
- Your online presence (digital footprint)
- Video creation
- Blog writing
The aim of the training is to empower participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively leverage digital communication tools and platforms, develop engaging content strategies, optimize online presence, and enhance organizational visibility and impact in the digital space.
EXPECTED OUTCOMES
The expected learning outcomes of the training encompass participants’ acquisition of comprehensive skills and knowledge in digital communication for organizations. Participants will gain an understanding of the significance of digital communication and its relevance for engaging civil society organizations online, along with the ability to effectively utilize various social media platforms for outreach and promotion. They will develop proficiency in creating engaging content tailored to different platforms, crafting and implementing strategic social media strategies, and constructing roadmaps for digital engagement activities. Additionally, participants will learn website design principles, content evaluation techniques, and the importance of managing their online presence and digital footprint strategically. By the end of the training, participants will be equipped to produce impactful infographics, engaging video content, and compelling blog posts to effectively communicate organizational goals and values in the digital space.
