Youth Work Coaching: a step nearer to social inclusion

The seminar “YOUTH WORK COACHING: a step nearer to social inclusion”: To know many practices that will help them improve in their field of youth work, and discuss with other participants on the development of new ones.

Aim and objectives

Increase the knowledge on the definition of coaching and on the ways to support youngsters in their work.

Methodologies

All the activities prepared will be based on non-formal education methodology mixed with formal education, altered with outdoor activities, theoretical insights, practical activities and institutional meetings. All the activities aimed at fostering mutual knowledge, setting up a group, working in group, sportive activities, simulations, debates, discussions, presentations in the hall and reflection groups.

Profile of participants

Youth workers from 20 years, open minded and actively involved in the activities of their organisations and especially youth workers with fewer opportunities to participate.
